Looking for software for your association, sports club or business club? Providers are compared here side by side, with the prices actually charged, converted to the same association, and with the situations in which another provider is the better choice.
Overviews
Start here if you are still exploring. These two pages put several providers side by side and convert the pricing models to the same association so that the amounts are comparable.
- Verenigingssoftware vergelijken: 10 pakketten naast elkaar — wat tien Nederlandse pakketten kosten bij 250 leden, en waar elk pakket mee begint
- Wat kost een ticketsysteem? 6 aanbieders vergeleken — the cost per ticket, who pays them, and whether the system recognises your members
Alternatives per provider
Are you already using something and looking for something else? These pages compare one provider with 4planning, and also mention the situations in which that provider remains the better choice.
- Looking for an e-Captain alternative? — administration and relationship management versus an environment that members are in themselves
- Looking for a Conscribo alternative? — accounts first, or members first
- Looking for an AllUnited alternative? — separate modules with a quote versus a single package with a public price
- Looking for a Congressus alternative? — a price per member versus a fixed price per package
- Looking for a Socie alternative? — an app alongside your bookkeeping as opposed to one environment for both
- Looking for a SportEasy alternative? — a price per member versus a fixed price per package
- Op zoek naar een Sportlink-alternatief? — de administratie van je bond tegenover de laag erboven waarin je club draait
How we compare
Three agreements that apply to all these pages.
Prices come directly from the provider. We get them from their own tariffs page and add the date of verification. They are reviewed every quarter.
We are converting to the same association. An amount per member, a sliding scale and a flat rate cannot be compared as long as you do not calculate them for the same number of members. We do that, with the transaction costs included.
We write down when the other person is a better fit. Each page features a section detailing specific situations where you are better off with the other provider. That is not modesty, but usefulness: you have no use for a comparison that only has one outcome.
