Create different contribution plans that align with the structure of your organisation. Link a plan to one specific member, a selected group, or directly to the full membership.

For example, you can use different amounts for age groups, departments, memberships, or functions. The correct amount and the associated payment moments will automatically be linked to the selected members.

Manage subscriptions and terms

Decide for yourself how often a contribution or subscription is collected. Choose a one-off payment or set a recurring interval, for example monthly, quarterly or annually.

You can divide the total amount over several instalments and decide in advance when each payment will take place. This offers members flexibility and keeps it clear for the administration which amounts are still outstanding.

Let members pay via iDEAL payment

Process contribution payments directly from 4planning. Members can pay themselves via iDEAL or grant permission for direct debit on the planned dates.

With direct debit, a pre-notification can be sent in advance. You decide how many days before the debit the member is informed. Payments, invoices, and any failed debits remain centrally visible, ensuring your administration is always up-to-date.

Can I set different contribution amounts?

Yes. You can create multiple contribution plans for different memberships, groups, ages, or departments. Each plan will have its own amount, duration, and payment structure.

Can I link a contribution to one member or a whole group?

Yes. A contribution can be assigned to an individual member, a selected group or directly to all members of the organisation.

Can I spread contributions over multiple instalments?

A poll is suitable for one short question that members can vote on quickly. A survey consists of multiple questions and is intended for more extensive feedback or research.

Can members pay by direct debit and iDEAL?

Yes. Members can pay outstanding amounts via iDEAL or opt for direct debit. The payment status will be automatically updated in 4planning.

Do members receive prior notification of a direct debit?

Yes. You can set how many days before the direct debit a pre-notification is sent. This way, the member knows in advance how much will be debited and when.

Can I view outstanding payments and expected income?

Yes. You can see which invoices have been paid or are outstanding, which collections have failed, and which income is expected in the upcoming period.
