Link parents to their children

Parents or guardians can be linked to one or more children. From their own account, they can view and manage the information belonging to each child, without needing to log in to each profile separately.

This makes it easier to keep track of data, view invitations, and respond on behalf of a child. All information remains linked to the child's personal member profile, ensuring that administration remains clear and correct.

From the family account, parents can view their children's messages, activities, calendar entries, and sign-ups, among other things. They can also see which invitations are open for each child and easily confirm attendance.

If a family has multiple children within the association, all information is neatly organised together, while each child retains their own profile. This way, parents can quickly see what's happening for each family member.

Independently further without data loss

Once a child is old enough and has their own email address, the profile can be detached from the parent's account. The child will then have their own personal account and can log in independently.

All existing data, previous activities, registrations, and other history will remain within the member profile. This ensures a smooth transition to an independent account without the need to re-enter any information.

What information can parents view in the app?

Depending on the settings, parents can view, among other things, their children's messages, activities, calendar items, invitations, and sign-ups.

Can parents register or deregister a child?

After ordering, the digital ticket will be automatically sent via email. Visitors can open the ticket on their phone and optionally add it to Apple Wallet. Members who purchase a ticket will see the tickets directly in their own app.

Can a child have their own account later on?

Yes. Once the child has their own email address, they can be disconnected from the parent account and log in on their own.

Does all information remain saved after disconnecting?

Yes. The member profile remains fully intact. Previous details, activities, communications and sign-ups are not lost when the child gets their own account.
