Log in yourself via iOS, Android and web

Members can log in themselves via the 4planning iOS app, Android app or web environment. This gives everyone access on the device that suits them best: on the go via their phone, at home on a tablet or at a computer via the browser.

The information is automatically synchronised. A news item, change, or new activity is therefore immediately available on every device.

A personal account for every member

Each member will receive a personal invitation to create an account. This invitation will be sent entirely in the recognisable corporate identity of the association, including its own logo and the correct look and feel.

After activating the account, the member can log in immediately. Personal details, registrations, messages, and other information will remain linked to the correct profile.

Switching between with one account multiple associations

A member can be affiliated with multiple clubs, associations, or organisations using the same email address. There is no need to create a separate account or new password for this.

From the app, it is easy to switch between the different environments. Each association retains its own corporate identity, information, settings, and access rights.

Members can view news, events, invitations, polls, surveys, documents and other updates directly from their personal environment. Push notifications ensure that important information is not missed.
