What is the minimum contract duration?

The 4planning packages are cancellable on a monthly basis. This means you are not tied to a long-term contract and can use the software flexibly.

Can I try 4planning for free first?

Yes. You can try 4planning for three months free of charge. This gives you enough time to set up the environment, test features, and introduce employees or members to the app.

What happens after the free trial?

After the trial period, you decide for yourself whether you want to continue using 4planning. If you opt for a paid package, your subscription will be continued at the corresponding monthly rate.

Are there transaction fees for tickets and membership payments?

Yes. You can link your email and telephone exchange to 4planning. Emails, phone calls, notes, and callback requests will then be stored with the correct customer and can be easily retrieved.

Who pays the transaction fees?

Yes. Record a meeting and have your own AI Assistant automatically create a summary. Important agreements and follow-up steps can be directly converted into a clear action list.

What features are included in my package?

The available functions depend on the chosen package and the type of organisation. The tariffs page clearly shows which features are included in each package.

Can I import existing customers, members, or other data?

Yes. Existing data can be imported, so you won't have to re-enter everything manually. We'll review in advance which data you want to transfer and how it can best be supplied.

Are customisations and additional connections possible?

Yes. In addition to the standard features, there are options for additional integrations, customisation, and a setup that aligns with your organisation. Any additional costs will always be discussed beforehand.
