Yes. You can make an event available only for members or publish it publicly. For a public event, external visitors can also order tickets via the online ticket shop.

Can I give certain groups discounts or free tickets?

Yes. You can create separate tickets for specific groups. These tickets can be free or cheaper, and they don't have to be visible in the public ticket shop.

Which settings can I determine per ticket?

You can set the price, available quantities, minimum age, maximum order, and sales period, among other things. You can also offer multiple ticket types within a single event.

How do visitors receive their tickets?

After ordering, the digital ticket will be automatically sent via email. Visitors can open the ticket on their phone and optionally add it to Apple Wallet. Members who purchase a ticket will see the tickets directly in their own app.

Can visitors pay for tickets directly online?

Yes. Paid tickets can be paid for directly via iDEAL. The payment and order will automatically be registered with the correct event.

How do I check tickets at the entrance?

With 4planning's built-in QR scanner, you can scan the ticket from a phone or a printed version. You'll immediately see if the ticket is valid and if it has been used before.
