From ticket sales to access: everything central
Organising events requires good and reliable ticketing. Yet many organisations still work with separate systems, spreadsheets or external tools. This creates chaos, errors and extra work. With 4planning's ticket functionality, you arrange everything centrally and professionally.
You easily create different ticket types, such as regular tickets, VIP tickets or member prices. This way, you offer flexibility and cater to different target groups. Sales take place online, allowing participants to register quickly and easily.
Everything you need for ticketing and access management
Ticket sales
Easily sell tickets for events to members or a wider audience. Decide whether an event is open to members only or publicly available via a shareable link. This way you quickly reach the right target group and keep full control over sales.
Ticket types
Create different ticket types for all members, specific groups or the public audience. Easily set price, capacity, sales start and end dates. You also set the maximum number of tickets per user and can set age limits, so that each event perfectly suits your target audience.
Tickets received
Members receive their tickets directly in the app and via email, including a PDF with QR code. Non-members simply receive their ticket by e-mail. This way, everyone always has quick access to the event.
Access
Easily control access with scanners in the app. QR codes are scanned instantly and the screen shows green or red. The membership card is also scannable when members claim a ticket, so you arrange entry quickly and conveniently.
Scanners
Easily create scanners per event and grant access to volunteers or employees. They log in by scanning the scanner's QR code and can start checking in immediately. This way, everyone is ready to receive visitors quickly.
Disbursement
There is a €1 service charge on all tickets. These costs are paid by the buyer, so as an organisation you don't have any extra charges. The proceeds are conveniently bundled and automatically paid to the organisation on Monday each week. So you know exactly where you stand and have a predictable cash flow.
