Manually creating individual events or meetings can be a time-consuming task, especially when you want to fill the agenda for an entire new season. To save administrators valuable time, we have added a powerful bulk import functionality to the events module. From now on, you can upload a complete set of activities at once via a clear Excel file.

The process is designed for maximum convenience: on the events page, as an administrator, you can download a special template file that already contains all the necessary columns. These include the event name, exact start and end times, the registration deadline, location, and a detailed description. Advanced settings, such as visibility (public, members-only, or specific groups) and the maximum number of participants, can also be set directly in the spreadsheet.

Once you've completed the list, you upload the file and 4planning processes the data directly into the database. Whether it's a series of weekly training sessions, a set of board meetings, or a complete annual programme of events; with this update, your agenda will be live, error-free, and fully configured within minutes.
