Turn filled-in forms into concrete requests in 4planning

With the webhook integration between your website forms and 4planning, completed forms are automatically converted into concrete requests within the 4planning app. This ensures new requests arrive directly in the right place and you no longer need to manually transfer data.

As soon as someone completes a form on your website, the data will automatically be forwarded to 4planning. This includes name, company name, email address, telephone number, address details, desired date, subject, and message. This information will be stored clearly as a request, allowing you to view, follow up on, and process it immediately.

The webhook can be found in 4planning via Applications and then top right via Website link. Generate a new key and copy the webhook link. You can use this link to connect your website form to 4planning. Additional explanations are available for each website supplier, so you can easily set up the connection.

For proper processing, the form fields must have the correct field IDs. Please use the following field names for this: name, Company name, email, phone, address, Postcode, Place, URL, date, Subject and Report.
