Everyone knows it: a bar shift where someone doesn't turn up at the last minute, and you, as the manager, only find out when the bar is already open. From now on, you decide how deregistering for a bar shift works within your club, so you'll never be faced with surprises again.
You can now set this up yourself: Three sign-off options to choose from: members can sign off freely, are obliged to give a reason, or must first submit a request before their shift, which you as administrator will approve or reject. A deadline that's monitored for you: specify how many hours in advance a member can still sign off freely. If someone signs off after that, it automatically becomes a request, so you always know in good time that the staffing is changing. One clear inbox for all your sign-off requests: each request arrives with the reason given, and with one click you approve or reject it. The member will then be notified directly of your decision. Arranged for your guests too: does someone not have an account but is scheduled? They can also sign off via a personal link in their confirmation email.
And if a request is delayed, Planny will automatically send a reminder to the administrator, so no member is ever left in uncertainty about their bar duty.
