Moneybird linked to 4planning: from completed project to invoice

Your project is complete, the client is satisfied, but then the invoice still needs to be manually created in your accounting. With the new link between 4planning and Moneybird, that last step becomes a lot easier. You can now send quotes and completed projects directly from 4planning to Moneybird, allowing you to invoice faster and re-enter less data.

This arranges the connection for you: Accepted quotes are forwarded immediately: as soon as a customer has agreed to a quote, you can easily forward the relevant details to Moneybird. Completed projects are prepared for invoicing: has a project been completed? Then you forward the corresponding customer, project, and invoice details to Moneybird to process the invoice further. Customer details are automatically included: prevent you from having to re-enter names, addresses, and contact details repeatedly. Quote and project details are aligned: amounts, work activities, and other important information from 4planning are carried over to your invoicing process. Reduced chance of errors: because details are no longer typed in manually, you reduce the chance of duplicate entries and administrative errors.

This way, the transition from quotation to project, and from project to invoice, aligns better. You keep the entire process clear in 4planning, while Moneybird is used for financial processing.
