This email contains a direct button allowing members to land in the app with one click and immediately start their personal tour.
Within the app, users will now be guided through an interactive onboarding system. This digital guide will show them the way through the most important functions, so that every member immediately knows how to indicate their availability or view the programme. To complete the experience, users will be given the opportunity during this process to download the mobile app, ensuring the association is always within reach.
We've added maximum flexibility for administrators. Through the settings on the new “Onboarding” page, you can fully personalise the welcome email. In addition to the standard languages, we now even offer the option to set texts in a specific dialect, allowing you to perfectly align communication with your organisation's culture.
