De Boereraod digitalises Carnival with 4planning and increases engagement

At The Carnival Society The Farmer's Council it's all about experience, tradition, and togetherness. But behind the scenes, organising everything properly became increasingly complex. Communication was mixed across WhatsApp, Excel, and email, leading to fragmented information and a lack of overview. Furthermore, it was difficult to gain insight into members' attendance and engagement during events.

From loose communication to one central platform

Within De Boereraod, multiple systems were used simultaneously. Announcements were made via WhatsApp, schedules were in Excel, and additional information was shared via email. This led to confusion and extra work for the board. Not everyone received the same information at the same time, which affected engagement within the association.

With 4planning, everything is brought together in one environment. Communication, member management, and planning now run via one central platform, which ensures everyone always has access to up-to-date information. This provides greater peace of mind and clarity, both for the management and for the members.

Control over events with tickets and QR membership cards

De Boereraod fully utilises the possibilities within 4planning. Events are organised with an integrated ticketing system, providing easy access for members and visitors. In addition, the QR membership card used to track attendance, which provides direct insight into attendance and activity per member.

This combination of features not only provides an overview but also control. The board can see exactly who is present and how events are unfolding. This makes organising activities not only more efficient but also more professional.

Greater engagement through insight and reward

An important addition within De Boereraod is the loyalty system. By linking attendance and participation to rewards, members are extra encouraged to be actively involved. This leads to a noticeable increase in attendance and interaction within the association.

The transition to 4planning has led to more overview, less manual work, and stronger engagement among members. The Farmers' Council now has the tools at its disposal to not only organise but also to steer engagement and growth., whilst leaving more time for what it's really all about: creating an unforgettable Carnival together.
