At The Carnival Society The Farmer's Council it's all about experience, tradition, and togetherness. But behind the scenes, organising everything properly became increasingly complex. Communication was mixed across WhatsApp, Excel, and email, leading to fragmented information and a lack of overview. Furthermore, it was difficult to gain insight into members' attendance and engagement during events.

In addition, the QR membership card used to track attendance, which provides direct insight into attendance and activity per member.
