Quick and easy start

At 4planning, you don't have to do it alone. We get you off to a flying start with a personal onboarding: from setting up your environment to informing and activating your members. This way, everything is set up right away and you can start using the system optimally right away.

Getting started with 4planning

At 4planning, we believe that a good start is half the battle. That is why we guide you step by step during onboarding. We set up your environment completely with the right corporate identity, such as logos, colours and settings that suit your organisation. Then we inform your members via, for example, a custom-made newsletter and invite them to the platform. We ensure that each user is immediately linked to the right group, whether it is a committee, board or team.

Throughout the process, we keep an eye on progress and make sure everything runs smoothly. So you can focus on the content, while we make sure the system works as it should.
