Bar services now available in 4planning!

Planning and managing bar shifts is now fully integrated in 4planning.

With the new bar shifts functionality, you easily create shifts and link them to members or groups. Members can sign themselves up or be assigned, and have instant insight into their schedule via the app.

Administrators maintain an overview and see at a glance which shifts are still open. In addition, communication around bar shifts is automatically streamlined with notifications and reminders.
You also get insight into the number of bar service hours worked per member, where you can easily filter by season or year.

This way, you avoid gaps in planning and save time on manual arranging.
