Sponsors are the backbone of many associations and organisations. To professionalise the management of these valuable partners and give them the appreciation they deserve, we are introducing a complete Sponsorship Module. With this, you can not only manage all sponsorship agreements clearly behind the scenes, but also easily display their logos in strategic locations throughout the 4planning platform.
Behind the scenes, the module functions as a fully-fledged administration panel for your sponsorship committee:

• Complete Sponsorship Passport For each sponsor, save the official logo, link the correct contacts, and securely store important documents (such as sponsorship agreements) in one place.
• Notes & Contact Moments Keep an organised timeline of all contact points and internal notes. This way, everyone on the committee knows exactly what has been discussed with a sponsor and when the contract expires.

Furthermore, the system offers powerful, flexible display options to digitally honour your sponsors (or to generate additional sponsorship revenue by offering premium placement):

• Sponsor carousel on the Dashboard: Display your sponsors' logos in a beautiful, moving carousel directly on the app's home screen, so every member sees them daily.
• Always visible with the Display settings: Via the new settings page, you decide where sponsors appear. Do you want to link a sponsor to a specific Event? No problem. Would you like them automatically at the bottom of all your e-mails Show? Sorted with one click.
• Public sponsorship page: Do you also want to proudly showcase your sponsors to the outside world? The system can generate a public sponsor page that is accessible to everyone, if desired.
