With the introduction of our Narrowcasting integration, you can effortlessly connect the platform to TV screens on location. Don't have screens installed yet? No problem, we now also offer the option to supply and hang complete screens at your organisation, ready for immediate use.

With this extension, you can bring live information from the app directly to the wall of, for instance, the sports canteen, the reception area, or the offices. Everything you display on the screen is fully customisable in real-time and is automatically formatted in your organisation's unique corporate identity.

The possibilities on your screens are endless:

• Current canteen information: Simply set your drinks prices, menus, or current opening hours within the 4planning app and display them directly on screens in crystal-clear detail. Does a price change? The screen will update live immediately.
• News & Events Bring important club updates, atmosphere photos and upcoming events straight to the attention of visitors currently on the premises.
• Live scheduling & duty rosters At a glance, see who's currently behind the bar, which team needs to drive, or which volunteers are expected shortly.
• Full self-management: In the 4planning app, you'll find a brand-new dashboard that allows you to remotely personalise your narrowcasting screens. You decide which information, slides, or updates will be displayed.
