Optimal control over your communication with the new publication status for events, news, and polls

We have fundamentally overhauled the way you manage communication and content within 4planning. From now on, the platform's three main content domains – events, news items, and polls – will use one universal and consistent publication system. This gives administrators complete control and peace of mind to perfectly prepare updates behind the scenes.
Thanks to this update, you are no longer obliged to put content live immediately for the entire organisation. You can now use the following flexible statuses:

• Concept: Prepare an important news report, a complicated poll, or a major event in peace. As long as an item is in ‘Draft’, it is only visible to administrators and no information will leak out to regular members prematurely.
• Scheduled for the future: Do you want to launch an announcement or a new poll at a specific time, for example on Monday morning at 09:00? You can now easily set a publication date and time. The system will then publish the message fully automatically at the right moment.
• Archive If an event has passed or a news report is no longer relevant, but you don't want to permanently discard the data or reactions, archiving the item neatly removes it from members' current overview while keeping it saved behind the scenes for administration.

This new system ensures a uniform workflow throughout the entire application. Whether you're managing the sports canteen schedule, sharing an important update, or gauging your members' opinions; you'll be working with the same familiar and professional tools everywhere.
