Organise your projects and committees efficiently with the Planning Board

Within an active organisation, various projects, tasks, and action points are constantly underway. To give boards, committees, and teams ultimate control over their activities, we are introducing a major new module: the Planning Board. This is a fully-fledged and flexible visual working environment (based on the well-known Kanban method) that directly answers the most important questions: “Who is doing what, and how far along is the project?”

When designing this clear board, we opted for an intuitive and lightning-fast setup:

• Overview in columns Tasks are displayed as handy cards in columns (lists). The column a card is in directly determines its status (e.g.: To do, I'm busy, FinishedYou can create, rename and arrange these columns entirely as you wish.
• Everything on one card When you open a task, you'll find plenty of space for details. Cards support detailed descriptions, priorities (from urgent to low), start and end dates, useful checklists, comments from team members, and attachments such as documents or photos.
• Clear at a glance: You don't even need to open a card to see progress. On the outside of the card, you'll see handy, compact counters (like checklist 2/5 (or the number of reactions) and you can see at a glance which team members are assigned to the task via round profile pictures.
• Perfect on any device (Mobile-First): On a large desktop screen, you'll see the columns neatly side-by-side, allowing you to simply drag and drop cards from one list to another. On your smartphone, the columns automatically transform into collapsible, organised lists stacked one below the other. This prevents awkward zooming in and out on your phone and ensures a seamless mobile experience.
• Flashy shortcuts: We've built in useful handy gadgets to work even faster. By double-clicking on a card (or double-tapping on your phone), you can directly open the member list to assign yourself or another person to the task. By right-clicking (or long-pressing on mobile), you can open a quick menu to directly apply labels or archive the task.

Whether it's organising a large club tournament, keeping track of action points during a board meeting, or dividing tasks within a business project; the Plan Board helps every team collaborate in a structured and professional manner.
