Major Ticket Update: Access Passes and Wallet Passes in Your Organisation's Brand Style

When your members or visitors buy a ticket for an event, match, or party, we want them to feel the experience is professional from the very first moment. With this major update, we give your organisation complete control over the design, colours, and look and feel of both the digital Wallet passes and the ticket PDF sent by email!

Luckily, you don't need to do anything complicated for this. Once the features are enabled, the app will take care of everything automatically:

Digital passes for Apple Wallet & Google Wallet

• Your colours & logo: The digital pass in the phone will immediately feature your organisation's recognisable colour as the background, including your own sharp logo. The app automatically calculates whether the text on it should be white or black for perfect readability.
• Your name: Your organisation is neatly listed as the official issuer of the ticket. This way, visitors will immediately see your name amongst their other passes in their Wallet app.

2. Beautiful ticket PDFs for emailing

• Choose your own layout You are no longer bound to one standard design. You can now choose between different styles, such as a sleek Modern look or a trusted Classic layout.
• Dual theme colours & banners You can now colour the PDF tickets with your organisation's colours for a beautiful modern colour gradient. Additionally, you can easily upload your own banner, sponsor logo, or atmospheric photo, which will be placed at the top of the PDF.

Secure scanning & reliability
Because we have only enhanced the exterior of the tickets, the QR code will continue to function exactly as it always has. Access scanners at the entrance will therefore continue to work flawlessly without any adjustments. Should an organisation not yet have its own colours or logo set, the system will automatically and securely revert to the familiar 4planning style. This way, no visitor will ever be turned away.
