Full control over your notifications with advanced Notification preferences

Nothing is as satisfying as an app that provides just the right updates, without flooding your inbox or phone. That's why we've significantly expanded the notification settings within 4planning. Both members and system administrators now have full control over which notifications are sent and where they arrive.
This is new on the subject of notifications:

• Precise member settings: Members can now specify in detail in their own profile which updates they wish to receive. Furthermore, you can easily choose the desired channel per notification type: do you want an update as push notification on your phone, preferred as a email in your inbox, or via both? You can set it up yourself in no time.
• System administrator control options: As a manager, you want to perfectly streamline communication within your organisation. On the settings page, you will now find a clear panel with which you can centrally enable or disable certain automatic notifications.
• Personalised messages You can now fully personalise system notifications in the style and tone of your organisation. This includes automatic Birthday email for your members, congratulations or other standard notifications sent by the app.

This provides a calmer app experience for your members, while ensuring that truly important messages always get the attention they deserve as an organisation.
