Flexible shift management with manual additions and personal guest communication

We have further optimised the rota module to give administrators even more control and flexibility when filling the rotas. It may happen that a schedule changes at the last minute or that someone has committed outside of the system. Therefore, it is now possible to manually add people to a shift and edit the details of registered guests directly.

A valuable addition here is the improved communication option. When you manually add a guest to a bar shift, you immediately get the option to send a confirmation email. To save you time, we've prepared a standard text for you, but you have complete freedom to adapt this text as you see fit before sending the email. This ensures that the volunteer or guest immediately has the correct information and guarantees a professional and personal handling of your staffing.
