E-accounting linked to 4planning: from completed project to invoice

You can now send quotes and completed projects directly from 4planning to e-Boekhouden, allowing you to invoice faster and requiring less re-entry of data.

This handles the integration for you: Accepted quotes forwarded directly: as soon as a customer accepts a quote, you can easily forward the relevant data to e-Boekhouden. Completed projects ready for invoicing: is a project finished? Then you forward the associated customer, project and invoice data to e-Boekhouden to process the invoice further. Customer data automatically included: prevent you from having to re-enter names, addresses and contact details repeatedly. Quote and project data aligned: amounts, activities and other important information from 4planning are transferred to your invoicing process. Less chance of errors: by no longer manually retyping data, you reduce the chance of double entry and administrative errors.
