We've significantly streamlined the user experience for viewing files. Whether you're looking at an important policy document on the documents page or opening an attachment to a news item, you no longer need to leave the app to see the content.

Thanks to the integration of a new in-app viewer, PDF files and photos now open lightning-fast directly within the 4planning environment. This not only saves storage space on your device but also ensures much smoother navigation; you view the information you need and can immediately pick up where you left off. For other file types that require specific software, the familiar external download option remains available. With this, we are making it even easier and more efficient to consult information within the organisation.
