Automatic sports link synchronisation with smart accreditation

For all sports clubs that use Sportlink, we have fantastic news. We are taking the integration with this database to a whole new level. From now on, all your members and teams will be automatically synchronised directly with Sportlink. This means that manual exports, duplicate administration and data transfers are a thing of the past. Does something change in Sportlink? Then it will be immediately correct in 4planning.
Because you always want to maintain control over sensitive data or administrative changes (such as member changes or teamswaps), we have built in smart security:

• Directly approve on the membership list: Sensitive changes or new synchronisations are not simply implemented without question. They are first clearly displayed on the member list page.
• Full control As an administrator, you can view, check, and make these changes directly there with one click to agree. Only after your approval will the data be finally updated.

This saves the membership administration and the competition secretariat hours of manual checking, while the data quality within the app is guaranteed to remain optimal and secure.
