This extension offers unprecedented benefits for your day-to-day operations. Thanks to the detailed file structure, you can deal with your customers in an extremely professional manner. If a customer calls with a fault, you don’t need to ask what type of device is involved; you can see immediately in the system: “Is this the 2023 Dell UltraSharp on the second floor?”. In addition, the system helps you proactively with upselling and maintenance. You can see at a glance when a warranty period is expiring or when an item (such as a window frame or machine) is due for replacement or a new service.

The product table is extremely flexibly designed with fields for the name, brand, model, serial number, installation date, and internal location. A useful visual addition is the status-badge: this automatically turns red as soon as a product’s warranty expires, so you can immediately see where the opportunities or risks lie.
