To make that experience personal and professional from the outset, we've made it possible to fully customise the confirmation emails after a ticket purchase. You'll easily find this new setting at the bottom of the “Edit Event” page.
Not every event is the same, which is why you can now tailor the content of the email specifically per activity. Add important instructions, such as parking information, a specific dress code, or a warm welcome. Because 4planning is internationally deployable, we have made this feature multilingual right from the start: you can set the text separately for each activated language. This way, every visitor receives the correct information in their own language, immediately after the order is completed. This not only strengthens your organisation’s branding but also ensures a seamless preparation for your guests.
