Event Planner: Make changes without re-entering everything

Adapting an existing event previously meant: finding the right field, clicking away the old value and typing in the new one. Fine for one date, but quickly becomes a hassle as soon as multiple things need to change at once. From now on, you simply type what needs to be done, and Planny will adjust exactly that – nothing more, nothing less.

This is how it works:

  • Describe the change in plain English: “Move to next Friday and increase the entry fee to 5 euros” is enough. Planny understands what you mean and even recognises weekdays and relative dates correctly.
  • Only what you call changes: Is your location, description, or other info already correct? It will remain as is. Planny never touches a field that you don't mention.
  • Duration automatically beats: If you only move the start date, the end date will automatically shift along – your event will still last just as long after the change.
  • Add new tickets with one sentence: “Create a VIP ticket for €25 (max 20 available) and a standard ticket for €10” and the tickets appear immediately as ready-made cards, both for a new event and for an existing event.

For every change, you'll first see a clear overview of old and new side-by-side, so you can always check before saving. This way, you'll stay organised and save time, even if things change midway.
