Fill your diary effortlessly with AI appointments via Planny

Planny is now also your personal diary assistant! Whether you're on the go in the car, quickly handling a phone call, or want to update your schedule after a busy day: from now on, you can schedule appointments directly by simply telling or typing them to Planny. Planny understands the context, finds the right details, and flawlessly adds the appointment to your 4planning Business calendar.
Manually fiddling with dates, customer lists, and drop-down menus is a thing of the past. Planny automates the entire process:

• Smart customer and employee integration: Planny listens to the customer name in your input, automatically looks it up in your customer database, and links the appointment to the correct contact. Furthermore, the appointment is automatically assigned to you, unless you mention a colleague's name.
• Automatic Appointment Type Recognition: Based on what you describe, Planny directly chooses the correct category. Whether it's a regular Appointment, a larger Project, periodically Maintenance of Other work; it is immediately categorised correctly in the system.
• Times, location, and notes entered directly Tell Planny when the appointment will take place (e.g. “Tomorrow morning at 9 AM, a meeting at Janssen.”). The assistant directly fills in the start time, end time, and the location known to the customer. Any additional details you mention will be neatly added as an internal note.

This means the schedule is immediately ready, so you or your employee knows exactly what needs to be done upon opening the app, where to be, and is fully up-to-date from the outset.
