Referee module for smooth match management and self-service

For all sports clubs, we are introducing a large, long-awaited expansion to our sports module: the Referee module. This system builds directly on our existing match infrastructure and brings together whistle planning, communication, and management around referees in one central place. The module is divided into two powerful sides that work perfectly together.

Referee self-service (for the referees):

• Always your own programme to hand: Referees can see their personal whistle schedule directly in the app, including all match details.
• Open services claims: Is there an open competition for a specific referee group? Referees can now claim this service in the app with a single tap.
• Provide availability & preferences: Simply provide your (recurring) availability by time of day, and indicate which teams you prefer to referee (or would rather not).
• Replacements & reminders If you unexpectedly can't make it, you can easily request a replacement via the app. Handy in-app reminders also ensure that you'll never forget a match again.

2. Slim Planner & control panel (for the competition secretary):

• Fast onboarding & bulk management Add large groups of referees to the system at once and assign them based on their level or group.
• Smart and flawless planning: When manually assigning an official via the searchable dropdown, the system immediately takes into account the specified availability. Additionally, the app automatically warns of double bookings, meaning a referee can never be scheduled for two matches at the same time.
• Concept planning and fair distribution: Prepare the complete behind-the-scenes planning as a concept before communicating it to the members. The system will help you with a fair distribution of duties among your volunteers and offers useful status overviews and export options.
