This means you no longer need to resort to external software or standalone forms, but can manage everything securely, centrally and clearly in one place.

With the new survey builder, you can create questionnaires completely independently and flexibly:

• Endless question options: Tailor the questionnaire precisely to your liking. You can choose from numerous different question types, including open-ended questions, multiple-choice questions, convenient checkboxes, drop-down menus, or rating scales.
• Smart logic and structure: Make your survey easy to follow by making questions mandatory, adjusting the order, or dividing the list into logical sections.
• Simple diffusion Once the survey is ready, you can distribute it with a single click to specific members, committees, or teams within 4planning. Would you like to share the questionnaire with people outside the organisation too? No problem: you can just as easily generate a public link that you can share via email or other channels.
• Real-time results In the management environment, you'll see comments and replies streaming in live. The data is immediately summarised for you in clear statistics and graphs, allowing you to draw the most important conclusions at a glance and export them for your records.
