Full control over your homepage with the introduction of dashboard presets and flexible widgets

We are introducing one of our most requested features to make the user experience within 4planning even more personal and relevant: a completely renewed, modular Dashboard environment. From now on, you are no longer tied to a fixed start page, but you can determine for yourself what the central cockpit of your association, company, or foundation looks like.
Thanks to a clever architectural system under the hood, we're introducing a flexible registry that allows administrators to choose from predefined presets, or to customise the homepage completely based on active modules. We're shipping with three powerful, optimised templates right out of the box:

• Company Overview A data-driven cockpit specifically for business environments. Employees get an immediate view of their personal agenda, while managers are presented with real-time KPI strips and useful maps for ongoing projects, outstanding quotes, new requests, and today's live staff allocation.
• Association Overview A dynamic and social homepage that perfectly suits clubs and associations. This dashboard shows the most important updates at a glance via clear cards for upcoming events, the latest news and active polls.
• Standard A minimalist and lightning-fast starting point that works for any environment. This dashboard welcomes the user personally and offers a clear tile field (quick-to-grid) that automatically adapts to the modules enabled within your 4planning package.

The dashboards are fully modular and gate-guarded based on user rights and feature flags. Whether you want to quickly schedule an appointment via the integrated quick-appointment modal, navigate live through the schedule via FullCalendar integrations, or purely have a clean overview of your group activities; with this update, every user lands directly on the information that matters at that moment.
