At Carnival Society The Beer Pipe Unity is central. With an active group of members and a full agenda leading up to Carnival, there’s always a lot to arrange. In practice, this became increasingly difficult to keep track of because communication ran through different channels, such as WhatsApp, Excel, and email. Information became fragmented, and it took more and more time to organise everything properly.

Previously, members had to look in multiple places to stay informed. Updates came via WhatsApp, schedules were in Excel, and additional information was shared via email. This caused confusion and missed messages.
