Staff rota management enhanced with Excel tools and external sign-ups

We have taken the management of bar shifts to the next level with a series of powerful new features. It is now possible to generate a unique, secure link that also allows people without an account, such as parents, fans or external volunteers, to easily sign up for open shifts. This significantly increases the pool of available forces and lowers the threshold to help out, without adding extra administration within the app.

For administrators, we have reduced the administrative burden by adding extensive Excel support. You can now export a complete and stylised overview of the schedule for a chosen period with a single click. In addition, it is now possible to import large quantities of services at once via an Excel file. To make this run smoothly, you can download a template file directly in the app, so you can be sure that all data is processed correctly in the system right away.

With this update, we're offering more flexibility when filling schedules and saving administrators valuable time. Whether it's swiftly loading an entire season's worth of shifts or bringing in external help for busy days, the revamped bar duty module makes it possible.
