New: Ticketing System & Access in 4planning

We've added a powerful new feature to 4planning: the access control ticketing system. This allows you to manage everything related to events, registrations, and access directly within one app.

You can now easily create tickets for both members and non-members. Events can be public or restricted by group, giving you full control over who gets access. Payments are handled directly through the system, so you no longer need separate tools.

Each participant will receive a ticket with a unique QR code. You can easily scan this at the entrance with a phone, allowing for quick and clear access control. You can also set up and manage scanners within the system.

The ticketing system is fully integrated into 4planning and seamlessly connects with events, member management and communication. This not only makes organising easier, but also allows you to maintain a complete overview.

This update makes 4planning even more complete for organising activities, events, and meetings!
