Find your settings effortlessly on the revamped Settings page

Over the years, your Settings had grown into a long wall of cards that you had to scroll through to find what you were looking for. Was VAT under Money or Tickets? Where was that birthday email again? From now on, the entire page has been reorganised, and you basically never have to search again.

Here is what is new:

Just type what you are looking for: At the top is a search box that searches all settings, including your own words. Type “iban”, “colour”, “password” or “sign out” and you'll jump to the right place in one click. You only see what you are allowed to manage, so you will never end up on a screen where you can't do anything.

Everything bundled under recognisable headings: Instead of dozens of separate cards, you now see a handful of groups — General, Communication and access, Functions, and Integrations — and you open one with clear tabs inside. You no longer scroll past everything you don't need at that moment.

The settings for a function are located with that function: Ticket settings, membership fees, the photo directory, bar shifts, the points system: you will now find these on the page of that specific section itself, right where you are already working. And of course still from Settings as well.

All your limits at a glance: New is the Limits page, where you can see your members, storage space and AI credit side by side, each with a progress bar. At a glance, you can see if you are reaching any limits, rather than having to piece it all together for each component.

Also new is the Integrations section, which brings together the links with systems outside of 4planning — and where you can request a link that is not yet there with a single click. Because most of the integrations we build came about because a single organisation asked for them.

Whether you are setting up your surroundings for the first time or want to adjust something after a year: you will find it where you expect it, and otherwise the search bar will find it for you.
