Various building groups work on their creations here simultaneously, creating a dynamic and busy environment. In such a setting, an overview is essential. Yet, for a long time, communication took place via separate channels such as WhatsApp, Excel, and email, making it difficult to keep track of who was present when and who was using the hall.<\/p>\n<h2>Insight into hall usage<\/h2>\n<p>With multiple groups building and stabling in the same space, the need for structure quickly arose. Who is present when? Which spots are occupied? And how is this coordinated among themselves? Without a central place for this information, it took a lot of time to keep track of everything and led to confusion.<\/p>\n<p>By implementing 4planning, there is now a single system in which this overview is directly visible. <strong>Presence and use of the hall are centrally registered<\/strong>, which means everyone knows where they stand. This prevents misunderstandings and ensures a better allocation of space and time.<\/p>\n<h2>Communications that work for all construction groups<\/h2>\n<p>The transition to 4planning has also greatly improved communication. Instead of multiple WhatsApp groups and scattered messages, all information is now shared via a single platform. Updates immediately reach the right people and remain clearly retrievable.<\/p>\n<p>This makes it easier to make appointments and communicate changes. <strong>Everyone works from the same information source<\/strong>, which ensures less noise and faster tuning between the different groups.<\/p>\n<h2>More involvement and less hassle<\/h2>\n<p>The combination of clear insight and central communication leads to more calm within the organisation of the parade hall. Building groups know exactly where they stand and can fully focus on their float.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, using 4planning saves the organisation time.
