Manually creating individual events or meetings can be a time-consuming task, especially when you want to fill the agenda for an entire new season. To save administrators valuable time, we have added a powerful bulk import functionality to the events module. From now on, you can upload a complete set of activities at once via a clear Excel file.<\/p>\n

The process is designed for maximum convenience: on the events page, as an administrator, you can download a special template file that already contains all the necessary columns. These include the event name, exact start and end times, the registration deadline, location, and a detailed description. Advanced settings, such as visibility (public, members-only, or specific groups) and the maximum number of participants, can also be set directly in the spreadsheet.<\/p>\n

Once you've completed the list, you upload the file and 4planning processes the data directly into the database.
