We've added a powerful new feature to 4planning: the access control ticketing system. This allows you to manage everything related to events, registrations, and access directly within one app.<\/p>\n
You can now easily create tickets for both members and non-members. Events can be public or restricted by group, giving you full control over who gets access. Payments are handled directly through the system, so you no longer need separate tools.<\/p>\n
Each participant will receive a ticket with a unique QR code. You can easily scan this at the entrance with a phone, allowing for quick and clear access control. You can also set up and manage scanners within the system.<\/p>\n
The ticketing system is fully integrated into 4planning and seamlessly connects with events, member management and communication. This not only makes organising easier, but also allows you to maintain a complete overview.<\/p>\n
