You publish a fun event online, but some of your members simply forget to respond. Until now, you had to wait for the automatic reminder or approach everyone individually. From now on, you have that control yourself: at the touch of a button, you can send a friendly nudge to exactly who needs it.<\/p>\n

Here is everything you can do with it: Smart target audience per event type:<\/strong> For a regular event, you choose \u201cnot yet responded\u201d by default; for an event with automatic registration, \u201cregistered\u201d; and for a ticketed event, \u201cno ticket yet\u201d. You will always see in advance precisely how many and which members will receive the reminder. Send an email, however you like:<\/strong> You choose the channel through which the reminder is sent yourself, with a clear preview of the message before you press send. No duplicated effort:<\/strong> Has a reminder already been sent recently? Then you will see that straight away, complete with date and time, so that you never accidentally send the same message twice.<\/p>\n

That way you never have to guess whether everyone is up to date: you choose the moment, and you can see in advance precisely who will receive a message.<\/p>\n
