Your environment contains the data of all your members: addresses, telephone numbers, sometimes even payment details. Up to now, every member decided for themselves whether to add extra security to their account. From now on, you set that standard, and you do so per group. In your settings, you will find a new Security section, which allows you to arrange the strictness of access to your environment all at once.<\/p>\n

Select the access strictness for each group:<\/strong> You decide whether two-step verification is compulsory for no one, for your system administrators, for all your administrators, for your employees or simply for everyone. Each choice includes the previous one, and even before you save, you see exactly how many members it applies to and who has not yet enabled it.<\/p>\n Your members will automatically be helped on their way:<\/strong> Anyone falling under your choice will, the next time they log in, be presented with a clear screen featuring a QR code and an explanation. Just scan it with an authenticator app, enter the code, and they will automatically proceed to the page they were originally heading to. No manuals, no questions for the administrator.<\/p>\n Lost your authenticator? He sorts that out himself:<\/strong> New phone or app deleted? Then your member can request an email themselves on the login screen to disable and reset two-step verification. You don't have to do anything, and no one gets locked out.<\/p>\n Locking the app with Face ID:<\/strong> For anyone with an administrator role, the app locks itself. Every time it is opened, it asks for Face ID, your fingerprint or your phone's passcode. As a result, you do not have to log in more often, but anyone who picks up your phone cannot just get into it.
